Are your prices different after normal hours?
No. Every quote is fixed and agreed in writing before work starts — the price we measure up at is the price you pay, whatever the job.
How soon can you start my project?
For emergencies we aim to be with you within the hour anywhere in York. For planned work you choose a morning or afternoon slot and we confirm an arrival window.
Do you give fixed quotes before starting?
Always. You get a written fixed quote before any work begins, and it does not change unless you change the job. No hourly rates, no surprises on the invoice.
Are your joiners qualified and insured?
Every joiner is time-served, DBS-checked and covered by our public liability insurance. Guarantees are provided in writing on every job.
Which areas do you cover?
All of York and the surrounding villages — including Wigston, Oadby, Braunstone, Knighton and Aylestone. If you are unsure, call and we will tell you straight away.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All workmanship is covered by our 12-month guarantee, and manufacturer warranties apply to any parts and fixtures we supply.
