Are your prices different after normal hours?
No. Emergency call-outs run on the same fixed-quote basis as daytime work — we confirm the price on the phone before an electrician is dispatched, whatever the hour.
How quickly can an electrician reach me?
For emergencies we aim to be with you within the hour anywhere in Derby. For planned work you choose a morning or afternoon slot and we confirm an arrival window.
Do you give fixed quotes before starting?
Always. You get a written fixed quote before any work begins, and it does not change unless you change the job. No hourly rates, no surprises on the invoice.
Are your electricians qualified and insured?
Every electrician is fully qualified, DBS-checked and covered by our public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request for any job.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Derby and the surrounding villages — including Wigston, Oadby, Braunstone, Knighton and Aylestone. If you are unsure, call and we will tell you straight away.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All workmanship is covered by our 12-month guarantee, and manufacturer warranties apply to any parts and fixtures we supply.
